I’m just a beginner with drones and I’m really having fun with the Neo 2. It’s a very beginner friendly drone and so easy to use!
This is me trying to fly it to its maximum distance. It was kinda scary but it felt so good!
What drone should I get next moving forward? Should I go for the LitoX or one of the Mavic series? Maybe Avata?
As the title says. The first led blinks then all 4 blink rapidly then stop. Any help appreciated
So. Latest firmware on all devices. When using this combo: Neo 3, Goggles 3, Motion 3 the center crosshairs appear, but the direction-pointer-bubble is missing in display. You can steer the drone but the pointer is just absent.
What gives? Anyone with similar issues?

As a DJI fanboy, I just had to “get them all”. What started off as a budget conscious seflie drone purchase (i was cross shopping Neo2 with the Pocket3!), has turned into a drone crazed obsession.
Now 3x Neos and just added the Avata360 (not sure how this fits in being over 250grams, without manual mode or waypoints /so it might not stick around). Alot of the new found interest has been fpv driven but I also appreciate the creative camera side.
I had a crash today, not significantly different to any previous crashes and my gimbal has been going crazy ever since. The gimbal moves freely with my hand and has no damaged bands etc I can see, when taking off it immediately starts moving all over the shop like this. Any ideas? Is my drone stuffed?
Hey guys, i’m new to the drone World. Bought the neo2 as my first drone. Was doing some test flights in the park, got a bit too excited, enabled the sports mode and smashed into a tree at almost full speed. The drone seems to got a bit injured, some scratches in the front sensor, a bit of dust on the side of the câmera wich seems like i managed to remove, the body of the drone opened slightly.
The question is, should activate dji care or something? Or is not even worth it for the damage? Do they even cover this type of accidents? Whats ur opinion and advise for a newby like me?
So, im pretty much new to dji neo 2 and recently purchased the freewell nd8,16 and 32 PL lense on aliexpress.
I got them today, stuck the magnetic ring dead center on the gimbal, put the ND16 PL lense on and fired it up. Immidietly got the "gimbal calibration" message and my drone just sat there 5-10 minutes unable to calibrate due to the lense. I turned the drone off, checked the gimbal manually for any movement restriction and it cannot perform full 360 rotation, specifically left/right due to lense. I tried the same tests without the lense, only magnetic ring and the result is the same. Am i missing something? Did i get some fake lenses or is it not supposed to auto calibrate from the begin with?
how do you guys use the lense? Any help would be appriciated, id like to use them for extra protection and the filter itself ofc.
So for the eyes of the neo 1 and 2 which would you guys say is the better option stock 3 blade or the upgraded 4 baldes more blades better fly ? . Or screw it upgrade your upgrade and go for 5 bladed props whats the ultimate choice in og neo blade ratio

In my country we have spring weather (rain and strong winds) and of course fly conditions are when I am working so after work I started to practice indoor flights in my house with my DJI neo 2 FPV controller with goggles. I feel this is a really good practice to feel the surroundings around the drone perspective.
What are the best settings and practices to use while I fly? Sometimes I feel it still I am too fast for indoors in normal mode.
So far I was flying: 4:3, auto video; normal mode but obstacle avoidance off; springs off on the left joy and stiff enough to hold height.
Am I missing something? Should I focus to have more micro adjustment through flight?

Is this possible, to get NEO 2 to follow me but instead of from rear, in front of me, I cant seem to see it in the settings, but I also cant see why it wouldn't be possible to do?
I repositioned the drone to be in front of me, but then as soon as I start moving, it just moves behind me.
Just to see if the modified Neo's camera still works as it should
I have the Neo 1, it got me hooked, so mow I've got the Mini 3 which I love, for my birthday, 2 weeks away I'm getting the Neo 2, should I be excited or should I just save up & get something else? Tia
So following on from my previous post showing the neo 2 with the full prop guard removal I have done an indoor hover test and I believe (going by what others have posted) the time is excellent (1 test shows just over 10mins from others.

Going on a road trip shortly and bought a cheap DJI Neo on a whim to try and get some cool shots of the car. Any tips on how to achieve results using the neo and just the app for control? I know thr controllers unlock more features but I'm not wanting to spend more than the drone on a controller.
Has anyone managed to get some cool shots with the bare basics or should I just not bother?
Hey all I’m looking at buying a Neo 2 motion fly more combo but wanted to know if you’re still in love with it after some time with it or would you rather of spent extra money for an avata 2/360 etc
I also wanted to know for FPV use, how long of a fly time do you get with it, how far of a distance can you go and how high are you able to go
On the Neo 2, is it possible to create a script, macro or similar for the Follow mode?
I want it to e.g film 20 seconds from the front, then 20 seconds from the side, and finally 20 seconds from the back. All in one take.
Purpose is to create running analysis videos, of myself.
Sure, I could do hand gestures, but much nicer and more fluent if it could be automated.
