Any idea how to stop robot doing this to my carpet?

My Matrix 10 ultra is occasionally on a mission to destroy my carpet. It is destroying the edges, mopping on it, moving it around. It does that with such a strength that not even taping the carpet to the floor helps for more than one day. Then it has few moments when it cleans very nicely close to the carpet edges and going on it delicately. Any advice?

Warning ****

To all considering buying a dreame vacuum. Let my experience be a warning. myself and my girlfriend purchased a model earlier this year, within a month and a half the model began not connecting and being unable to clean. we emailed the support staff and were told given the status and warranty we were eligible for a “refurbished” model. we accepted thinking this was good common ground and sent our model back and sent the refurbished in return. we were sent a l40 ultra ae and when unboxed it was faulty and made a terrible noise and didn’t operate properly. we’ve now tried to contact support several times approx 6 phone calls and 8 emails to no avail, just crickets or told that they would follow up in 48-72 hours it has now been over a month. This company is appalling and seems to be sending out faulty products with lack of communication or honoring warranty. I highly advise any and all to go with a different brand and not spend their hard earned money on this con company.

Aqua 10 Roller Detergent

Hello,

My new Aqua 10 Roller is not draining detergent. Device is 1 month old and despite nearly daily use the detergent level in the detergent tank hasn't moved. Shaking the tank does not release detergent unless I keep a needle in the rear hole, then nearly microscopic amounts of liquid do come out.

The app shows it detecting detergent. And yes mop with detergent is selected

Any help would be appreciated

[RANT] A $10B "premium" brand with ZERO dignity: Dreame sent a trashed, torn box as a gift to a major blogger, and the high-end flagship unit BROKE ON DAY 2, ruining the celebration. A basic refund is NOT enough.

Hi everyone, I want to talk about how a supposedly "flagship" brand handles a total product failure and PR disaster when their pride and reputation are actually on the line. (Order No. 59691941442). I ordered a top-tier, high-end Dreame vacuum as a birthday gift for a relative—who happens to be a professional blogger with a massive, highly engaged audience. What arrived was an absolute insult from start to finish: The delivery: A beat-up, trashed, and torn packaging that looked like it came straight out of a scrapyard. The product quality: This wasn't just a bad box. The premium-segment unit inside proved to be completely defective and BROKE DOWN ON THE SECOND DAY OF USE, turning an expensive celebration into a total nightmare. Here is where the complete lack of brand dignity comes in: Yes, after days of fighting with support, they processed a standard monetary refund. But let’s be real: returning money for a broken product that dies on Day 2 is the bare legal minimum, not a display of brand excellence. A true premium company with self-respect and pride in its engineering would have stepped up. They would have taken full responsibility for ruining a high-profile event and resolved this with dignity—by offering an immediate upgraded replacement (like the H16 Pro) or proper compensation (like a Dreame hairdryer) to save face and show they value their reputation. Instead? They offered a pathetic 20% discount coupon for a future purchase and walked away. The current situation: The recipient isn't accepting this insult. She is currently editing a full, unfiltered exposure video showing the destroyed packaging, the dead premium unit on Day 2, and Dreame’s refusal to properly make amends. It goes live this Friday across all her social platforms. Is this really how a multi-billion-dollar "premium" brand operates globally now? Zero dignity, zero pride in their tech, and hiding behind basic legal refunds when their flagships fail on Day 2? If you expect "premium" status, quality control, or dignity from Dreame — think twice.

Dreame X60 messy cleaning pattern

My X60 struggles in this area and makes lots of unnecessary turns. No obvious obstacles. Anyone else experienced this?
