Dose this have actual elastic under the boob?

Saggy boob problems want support but dont want the extra layer

is it just me or do the pockets suck on these pants? such a struggle to get anything in and out of them due to snagging or the material bunching up. don’t even get me started on after you’ve sweat a little and the pants become damp. you may as well not have pockets when that happens. is this happening to anyone else ?
