Ok why aren’t we talking about the interesting and potential storyline between him and Carter had my attention for a second and then they killed him…in front of the leopard cage…I am assuming the writers were trying to develop some sort a storyline and have a cliff hanger situation…but here are some clues let’s start with we actually need a storyline, connection, framework SOMETHING!!! But for me to say that I was more intrigued by that short lived un-understandable moments than anything else is CRAZY!! I mean even the glimpse of Beth looking at endangered species ranching on line I guess was suppose to forecast to something later…I don’t know but they killed the character and took the leopard soooo…🤷🏽‍♀️…he actually may have been one of my favorite chatacters on the show…yikes that’s not good but since the writers seem to want me to watch a show about young people nonsense I guess I’ll go watch the real life bull on NextGenNYC or if it’s about Drug Cartels and how you really don’t survive this then well I can just pick a streaming service or network close my eyes and click with in the first two or three chances I’m sure to land on something about dealing drugs and probably right in the head with drugs related to South America…come on guys…DO BETTER!!! Just saying

In my Damon Wayons and David Allen Grier imitation…hmmm where should I start I am all out of blasts as I have posted in so many Sub reddits about the disappointment in writing, storyline, plot, play on teenage love with pregnancy, drug cartels and so much more can you just find all my posts some way…. I’m not sure I am not that Reddit Literate yet…But I will ask the questions: did we learn anything new about Beth and RIP? Is Carter just someone they had to put on because of a contract and plan for him not to return to the next season because I mean what is his character? ALTHOUGH I MUAT SAY THIS IN CAPS HIS RELATIONSHIP WOTH THE ILD MAN DWIGGT MIGHT HAVE BEEN THE MOST INTRIGUING PARTS OF THE AHOW….so why did they kill Dwight??? Are they supposed to be poor now, I mean just saying, judging by the scenery? Or Did they just not have a cinematography budget( I’m not a huge Texas person but I have been there enough to know there are some truly beautiful parts!) ugh I just can’t say enough accept if the writers want to talk to me about some direction and better ideas please reach out to any of these Reddit Threads they are filled with great ideas and questions that need answers!!!

He’s introduced then absent for the whole series until the penultimate episodes then gets killed.

And that’s after getting his ass handed to him by RIP.

He could have been a seriously menacing villain - something that was absent from Yellowstone - we even saw hints towards it in his scene in Buelah’s office

His reaction to his daughter’s relationship with Carter, he could have had regular fights with RIP, tried to seduce Beth, gaslit Buelah but instead he’s lying on the floor with a bullet in his head

What was the point of his character?

Did anybody else notice that the longhorn in Beula’s office was in tact in the final episode? I thought that Carter had stolen and broken it in his drunken stupor.
