Hello,

I am on Windows 11. The camera settings page for my Windows OS can show the preview for my PIXY 2K, and I can adjust the zoom, brightness, etc. I can even get the auto tracking to work using the gesture recognition. However, no matter which USB port I try on my computer, EMEET STUDIO will not detect my PIXY. That means I cannot use any of the advanced features. Please advise me on how to troubleshoot this. When I open EMEET STUDIO, it shows me a "connection help" button. When I click that, it shows me a picture of EMEET PIXY. When I click that, it says "Please connect to PC first." But it is already connected to my PC and the light is green! Or even blue when the motion tracking is on. What can I do to make the software work?
