Used or old manufacturing date oneplus buds 4 delivered by Amazon

So yesterday I purchased new Oneplus buds 4 in sale from Amazon today it got delivered and it was old manufacturing model and buds are already used as they already have someone else name on it as they are already paired. I am outside due to some work while delivery was there my mom recieved package and records video and yeah it was open box delivery when I reached home I checked buds 4 manufacturing date was old November 2025 and second when I connect it shows someone else name as it replacement unit or someone else used earlier

Amazon decline replacement and refund as it is open box delivery I explain all the issue they said it's not in policy they don't get option of replacement in their system due to open box delivery . They said if any issue you can visit service centre as it has 10 days replacement service from Service centre

Now what to do condition of buds and box looks good and new have to test buds properly

Should I do consumer complaint?

Got other user name in bluetooth settings not in popup while pairing buds 4

Liberty 4 NC owners: Best eartips for deeper fit and better seal?

I’ve been using the Soundcore Liberty 4 NC for a while and my main issue is the fit feels a bit too shallow in my ears and they sometimes collapse while I’m wearing them and try to readjust them at the same time. The stock tips seal okay, but I’d like the earbuds to sit deeper and feel more secure.

I’ve already looked at:

TRI Clarion
SpinFit CP1025
AZLA XELASTEC Crystal
Whizzer SS20

A few requirements:

•Must fit in the charging case without issues
•Looking for deeper insertion and a more secure fit
•Better seal/ANC is a bonus
(Sound quality matters, but fit is the priority)

If you’ve actually used the Liberty 4 NC, what eartips worked best for you? Any other recommendations besides the ones above?

Any recommendations?

I’m about to enter high school, and well, I had always used headphones since earbuds hurt my ears, but now in high school I will have more of freedom and will be able to use my phones during breaks or smth, so I was wondering which earbud could work for me? I’m looking for ones that work at least 9-11 hrs (that’s the time I will be at school), or that I can charge with the case, and that don’t hurt the ear or are very comfortable, portable and economic since i am student and I get paid less than minimum wage weekly 😔, I only have like 100-200 dollars but I will work more for more money.
