Not Satisfied

Am I the only one that feels like every time I am amped up for a music festival, once it happens, it feels like an errand to get everything done before walking in and once inside I can't seem to ever fully get lost in the moment? I feel like I've been anticipating Elements all year long and its already over and I don't really remember a moment where I was fully in the moment. Always thinking about something like are my friends having fun? Is my girl having a good time? Where is the next water station? Should I get a drink? Do I like this set? Should I go sit? I was like in my head the whole time and I regret it.

Theme days contest

So fun seeing everyone's fits this year!

The glow up finalist said they made their light up flow skirt, that must be so fun to flow with! I looooove the flow-bility of the fire arms for the elements finalist too! And pj party finalist's banana hat with wig and banana phone brings the whimsy I love to see!

Party Animal finalist is me, TrashRat! The fit is all thrifted materials upcycled into the final look- I already know I want to come back next year as TrashRat again, add more details and such, and collect even more trash!

Thank you everyone who came, kept the ground clean, and gifted me their trash!

Loyalty Role Over…

Unfortunately, this year is not looking to be in the cards for my wife and I due to me transitioning from one career to another. I am curious, does loyalty roll over if you miss a year? Thank you for your response in advance.

Elements theme song

Am I the only one that didn't hate it? It wasn't GOOD lol but the shared, full-circle corniness of it all was really fun for the friend group I spent the day with...

Anyone traveling from out of state?

Not talking about anyone from the surrounding areas lmao (like NJ, NY, etc).

I currently live in North Carolina, but I missed coming to this festival so much that I made the trip up here for the past two years. It’s definitely a long drive, but it’s worth it in my opinion— especially with the lineup this year.

It just made me wonder who else is traveling here from a far distance?
Please share if you feel comfortable!

Do you have a video of me and my dragon during Skysia? ✨🐉

On Saturday I was at Earth stage during Skysia and started to flow in the field
While I was lost in my flow the huge inflatable bird/ flower people had come over to frame me on either side, I had drawn this mini crowd and so many people were filming!

This was one of the flowiest, most magical moments of my life and I just wanna see it from your perspective! If you’re one of the sweet babes that caught this moment, please send it my way! 💕

Totems/flags at the front of a set. Where do you draw the line?

I love the totem/flag culture at festivals. Some of the stuff people come up with is so hilarious, creative, and makes the festival experience unique. I’d much rather have a festival full of weird art, memes, costumes, and homemade totems than a sea of people just standing there staring at the stage.

But I’m curious where other people draw the line.
I was at a set where someone had a big** see-through ish **pirate flag directly in front of the stage, dead center, and kept it up for basically the entire set. I found myself getting slightly annoyed by it. However, the holy trinity “keta molly cocaine” totem depicted here was awesome, I had no issue with that.

And it got me thinking: is there an unspoken etiquette around big totems towards the front?

Personally, I think past the sound tent:
Small/medium totems = awesome.
Small Funny signs/art = awesome.
Waving a flag during big moments or to find friends = probably fine.
A giant totem/flag that’s constantly above everyone’s heads = that’s pushing it
A big flag dead center, right in front of the stage, for an entire set = crossing the line for me.

I don’t think the answer is “no flags/totems.” The culture is part of what makes festivals fun. I just think there has to be some consideration for the people behind you.

Curious what everyone else thinks. Am I being unreasonable, or is there a point where your festival expression starts interfering with everyone else’s experience? Where would you draw the line?

Loyalty price increase?

Just got the loyalty sale code, early arrival is $100 and car camping is $120. I paid $80 for early arrival last year and $115 for my car pass like a week before the festival. GA weekend pass is $260, which might not be that much more than last year. Kinda surprised given it would be my 3rd year going. Do they do any sales after loyalty pre-sale?

A few things I hope don't return in 2027 📝

  1. The person(s) who kept blowing a whistle mid set (stop that shit, they're used in emergencies if someone is medically down)

  2. Billboard signs/totems. I saw this tall guy with a big poster board sign that he randomly stuck lights to and he had it up facing forwards and backwards blocking so many people while being close to the front of a stage... (make a proper totem ffs)

  3. Inflating the extra large coochie couches near the pits for big sets and then just using it as a bag pile. Like come on... You know better...

All that said, Elements 2026 was fucking legendary. Love this place and can't wait to be back at it again 🤘

RV camping elements and fest alike

Is there any services out there that would just set up an RV for a festival and all you need is to pick up the key?

Would it be better to try to set up renting an RV closer to the festival or might as well rent from where you are driving from since you will have to figure out where to store your car if you picked up closing to the festival.

Anyone done this, worth it?

General vs Loyalty Pricing

Does anyone remember how much the price went up for Tier 1 of the general sale last year? Not sure if I can go yet but if it’s a big enough difference I might send it anyway.
