Eluru temp antha today

So i have a shitzu and he requires full grooming however at my village my parents cant bring him to Eluru. My village is 12km from Eluru. I have kept him at my parents temporarly and shall bring back him at the earliest to my place. Meanwhile, Is there any way to handle this in a better way or any leads on this would greatly appreciated.

I need to send some books which are of 40kgs to mumbai from eluru. Please let me know any cargo parcel services available in eluru.

Also, i checked with navatha transport. There is no service for mumbai. Btw need door to door delivery service.
