context: i changed the flag and ideology of my country, and so i was redesigning my emblem, And i want y'all thoughts, both the old and new flag and emblems are there

I found what appears to be an old framed flag or banner at Goodwill. It looks Asian in origin to me, but forgive my ignorance if that’s not the case. Google searches have yielded no results.

The text and circles appear to be hand painted. They are on some sort of turquoise fabric with circular patterns that look to have been made originally with the fabric, before the paint was added. The text reads "KHANNASUKA" or maybe "KHANNA SUKA". There is a grommet in the top corner so I assume it was meant to hang. 

Does anyone know if this item has any historical significance or may just be a personal/family memento?

Red and Green represents the Union of workers and peasants. The Emblem is a modified Version i found online. The sun represents a new dawn ☭

Wanted to give the Syrian emblem a bit more character so I redesigned it along the lines of the Eagle of Saladin emblem used by several Arab states.

My girlfriend keeps telling me she sees this emblem on cars and I’m telling her that it’s isn’t a emblem for any car but I also could be wrong. I actually can’t tell her what she sees and what she doesn’t see because that’s her perspective, lol but I highly doubt it’s an emblem on a car, can someone give me a answer please!!!!
