If you don't know the symbol next to the lion of Flanders, it's a Calaisian Cross, used by the Pas de Calais People (fictional)
the first and fourth is Listenbourg
the second is County of Listenbourg with Lyon
the third is County of Listenbourg with Kingdom of Rhône-Marseille
the center is Flanders with Pas de Calais.
