The EK fan page denied this genuine post I made trying to make sense of things so, here I am
I’ve seen discussions of people trying to get their community notes on her to “stick”
First, you have to get approved. Then you have to add it.
Happy to see this note chipping away at her purposeful obfuscation of what happened, even if it’s through carefully crafted intimation and innuendo. She’s trying to soften the narrative at every turn.

For all the people just now waking up to all of this. Let’s remember she had a fence around her white furniture so the dogs wouldn’t get it dirty but couldn’t get one for the pool. Absolutely infuriating and despicable. You deserved better, T.
When Brady took his shirt off before jumping into the pool, is it possible it was purely out of habit and he very quickly took it off while running to jump into the pool? Is it detailed in the police report? Maybe I'm giving him too much credit (not that I gave him any in the first place) but I always imagined it was just a quick impulse thing that didn't slow him down.
I'm just asking because a lot of people are extremely disturbed by this detail, and I want to possibly ease some of that discomfort.
I will be using the Vance head to cover her up moving forward 😌
Her sister is a nurse. Not sure what type. But how could she just watch her sister & brother in law just neglect her nephew(s) with no pool fence? Sure they had a net, but it was rarely used. Like what a nurse she is.
If it can happen to anyone, then what's the point of water safety and drowning prevention? The reason prevention exists is because it works and stops accidents from happening to just anyone. Emilie said herself it was a preventable accident.
It's mindblowing how much support they get considering the details of the case. I used to understand not wanting to criticize despite knowing this accident was their fault because I figured the pain and grief of losing their child was punishment enough, but these two don't seem very bothered by what happened and they're still not practicing water safety.
The one detail that gets me the most is that some of their door locks were broken. That's a safety risk, period. How did they sleep at night knowing the locks on their doors were broken? I can't imagine being so overconfident that nothing bad will happen to me that I don't even bother to lock the doors at night.
I honestly don’t know who I like less, her or her fans. The fact that she still has any supporters is alarming. But her fans literally have 1 brain cell. They hear logical facts, and still ignore it. Then her fan subreddit is just them asking where her jeans are from…are these people okay? I hate the fact that on the podcast she said she’s okay with people not liking her, because that’s a complete lie. If you comment anything remotely bad on her page(not even bad, just calling her out), you get blocked. I’m blocked by her on instagram because I commented on one of dad challenges podcast posts. She also tried to delete these subreddits. I’m also not surprised no one makes videos on her on instagram or TikTok because her fans will just come after you. This whole situation is so alarming, when you truly think about all the people supporting her. Not only does she not deserve her platform, but she honestly deserves to be in jail for how negligent she is.
I keep seeing defenders saying “they’re so young” as an excuse for the negligence and stupidity and it’s really started to rub me the wrong way. They’re almost 30 years old. I know they had kids at a younger age than many people do, but even still, they were in their early 20s when T1 was born, not 16. And tbqh, I’ve known better parents who did have a kid in high school or late teens, because they took the responsibility seriously, loved their child, and made the effort to learn about and provide basic safety. It’s insulting and infantilizing to be using that as a defense.
Also, let’s be so for real about the “young parents who didn’t know better” angle and call them what they are: ignorant and selfish. They’re not that young. People are lawyers and doctors by their age. E and B are sheltered, selfish and uneducated. Age has little to do with it.
It's hard to judge, when you do the same practice...
