I posted this in r/trees and was advised to come here and I hope this is ok to post here. Basically what the title says, I’m looking for options in the DMV area. I’m in DC for an advocacy event for my illness (M.E.). I’m from New Orleans and I have medical down there but as some know, options aren’t great and it’s super expensive.

I’m very inexperienced in this area but I’m mostly a gummy gal and the ones I use most are for sleep. I do semi-regularly use calming ones and occasionally stuff to “get silly.” There’s just so many brands!

Ones that have worked well are Jaunty Dreamberry and Dreamweaver by Ayrloom that I got while in New York recovering from neurosurgery.

Any help on places to go and/or ones to get would be greatly appreciated!
