Few months ago, I subscribed the moisturizer, and it is going to be shipped very soon. And then today I saw there is 6 piece gift with any purchase right now. So I wonder if the subscription will come with gift? Or should I cancel the subscription and the just buy the moisturizer with gift.
Just wanted to share my experience as a warning to anyone shopping for Estée Lauder products on Mercari.
I recently purchased an Estée Lauder product from a seller on Mercari because the listing looked legitimate and I thought I was getting a good deal. Unfortunately, after receiving it and comparing it more carefully with the authentic product, I discovered that the item I received appears to be counterfeit.
I honestly didn’t expect this, especially because the packaging/product can look convincing at first glance. If you regularly use Estée Lauder, please be extra careful when buying from third-party marketplaces.
Before purchasing, I recommend checking the packaging, printing/font, batch codes, bottle/container details, texture, smell, and other small differences against a product purchased directly from Estée Lauder or an authorized retailer.
Please be careful with unusually low prices, check the seller carefully, and compare the product closely once you receive it.
