Ethanol Adulteration

Considering our past experience with adulteration, even in milk, how sure are we that the IMPOSED ethanol of 20% is still 20% and we are not being scammed with more than that?

Has anyone tried thinking of this?

0.5ml of ethanol needs 10 times the amount of water to be produced

India is already running into a water scarcity and we are further worsening this crisis with an evergrowing population and polluted surface waters. We cannot afford to lose our ground water

Just another reason to not enter the ethanol segment of petrol and diesel
