Do you think each angel has a different level of intelligence? if so which would be the smartest one and how smart would they be? (this is obviously excluding kawuro/tabris)

so what is the level of intelligence found in angels? do you think that the smarter angels can use their intelligence to strategize and make plans to help them in fights or would they just be like dog level?
