We found them on the floor of a car we picked up at YVR today. If you can identify the product and the vehicle (the vehicle license plate which will be in the billing section of the app) we'd like to return them to you!
A few days ago I started a trip with EVO then ended the trip after realizing I did not want the car anymore, ended the trip properly, then 2 days later I am sent an email and billed that the trip went on for 2 days despite moving 0km.
Then called the customer service just to have to wait 1 week for a "supervisor" to call and tell me that since the trip happened (DESPITE MY ENDING IT) they did not receive it on their end and my account will remain suspended.
Since then, I have successfully disputed the charge with my bank and now evo is holding a ransom against my account for 250$.
Moral of my story, double check you ended your trip and fuck evo.
