For context: me and my friend have a FM26 online save. He recently signed a 17 year old player who already had really good stats. (Pictures included) The player was out on loan for a year and came back with a whopping 3-4 increase in most of his stats. Makes me wonder if this is even possible or is my friend doing something shady? I have had a similar experience with one of my players but he only got a increase of 1-2 in stats. Has anyone had something similar happen in their saves?

When 26 came out last year I was discouraged by all the bad reviews and bugs I just stick with 24. But I was looking at the Steam Summer sale this morning and saw it was selling for 50% off , around $25.

You guys are the experts. Is it more than playable? Is it worth it now? Or should I just wait till the new one late this year?

Can my Spanish B team get promoted into a playable league from their regional league or is it a lost cause?

I wonder if it's worth it to buy the game now or just wait for more discount

So I've been an FM player for about 10 years now. I have found this game to be the weakest in the series for me but I still try really hard to enjoy it.

I need help understanding how tactics actually work in this game because I'm 4 seasons into a save with Chelsea, I finished 3rd-1st-7th- currently 3rd. My tactics just seem so flakey and I don't understand why. Some games I dominate to the point the opposition doesn't have a shot, a week later with a fully rested team i struggle against a similar level team. I either get dominated or my team turn toothless. I'm having such a hard time with inconsistent games and it's one of the reasons I'm not a fan of this game as much.

Any tips would be appreciated:)

Hey 👋 I’m a new football manager player who just downloaded the game. I was wondering if anyone could either give me a quick rundown, a link, or some YouTube videos that I could watch as kind of a beginners guide to FM, cheers!

Noob question guys this is my first year playing FM, just wondering if there is a way to avoid using a stoppage when subbing?
I've tried subbing when ball goes out of play, but it didn't seem to work. Bit annoying since you only get 3 for 5 subs :/ And if the balls out of play it really shouldn't count as a stoppage.

I am needing to get a new personal Laptop(my other one completely stopped working). I have played FM on the Xbox and I am looking to get a PC to do my normal day to day stuff and also play FM with high speed. My goal would be to keep it under $1,500. Thank you!
