First time going to Fanatics Fest, and the autograph schedules just came out. Both of my autograph tickets say 12:00 PM. Is that a problem, or will I still be able to get autographs from both Tim Tebow and Rob Gronkowski? Could someone explain how overlapping schedules work?

I purchased a photo and autograph op back in april. I have an order confirmation with a QR code in my email but it mentions a time slot? The confirmation is also a PDF and not something I can add to my Apple wallet like the convention tickets.
Are there booths where you can bring sports cards to be graded in person? Just curious what that process would be, if you drop it off and wait a few hours or do they take it and mail it back to you? I know sending in cards now supposedly has a big delay with a backlog in grading.
Hi! I received the email that the FanaticsFest Hub was ready and I could view my tickets. I cannot seem to figure out where to do that… Can someone help?
I’ve:
- Logged in and out
- Updated the App
- Clicked on the Banner and logged in to the ticket section.
- It just gives me an option to purchase, although I did months ago.
Just got the email saying tickets are now available in the Fanatics Hub. However, when I click the banner in the app, it just loads a completely blank landing page.
I've already tried updating and doing a clean reinstall, but it didn't help. Is anyone else experiencing this right now?

My husband bought tickets to fanatics fest all 4 days on June 17th and he still hasn’t received a confirmation email but has the confirmation # from his purchase and his credit card was charged. Since he didn’t receive an email, there’s no presale code. And when I look it up on the website, it says his email can’t be verified. What should or can I do about this? We bought the tickets specifically for the Knicks presale opportunity. We’ll probably need to dispute the transaction with the bank since we were charged for essentially nothing.
