DiscoverVision Sign-Ups (Eindhoven 2026)
DiscoverVision is back! After a nailbiting victory by u/Nutthawut45 and Morpheus with the song Burning in Paris last year, we meet again in Eindhoven, North Brabant!
As the third owner in three consecutive editions, I have some new and some revived rules that I’d like to introduce you to. You can read them in the following rule book.

General Rules
- Unlike other fan contests, you choose your artist and then the country/region is applied to your submission by the organiser(s). In case multiple people try to send artists from the same country, it will be subdivided into regions as much as possible (see below for reserved countries/regions, which is an exception), continuing smaller for as long as there are official flags for those regions. This breakdown is not especially relevant since it's on the organiser end of things, but be aware that you may start out representing Germany when you first submit your artist and end up representing the Landkreis Stade by the time sign-ups are over; check the sign-up chart for live updates if this truly matters to you. Also, please be aware that your submission will be refused if the country/region is unable to be further subdivided.
- The top six users from last years edition won’t be able to submit in entries for multiple regions like in previous editions. Instead they will receive a guaranteed spot in the Grand Final. They can still submit a song for the Semi Final if they want to, but it will be out of the competition. The AQs don’t need to re-enter with the region they had last year, but I would appreciate it if they did. If one the top six users from last years editions doesn’t take part in the contest this year, the next-placed user will take over their spot.
- EDIT: The contest is open, meaning you can reveal your Semi Song, but not your Grand Final song.
Sign-Up Rules
- Sign-Ups close om 10th July at 23:59 CET.
- You cannot submit any artist who has previously appeared at the Eurovision Song Contest or in a past Fantasy Vision Contest. These artists have already been discovered so they don’t fit the criteria for this contest. FVC-National Final artists are allowed.
- You must submit two songs by the same artist. One of the songs will compete in the Semi Final, and the other in the Grand Final. One song must have been published recently (between 2024 and 2026), but the other may be from any year. Please specify in your DM which one you'd like to compete in the Semi Final and which one should compete in the final if you qualify.
- A valid artist must not have any songs in their Spotify popular bar with over 2 million streams. For artists not on Spotify, no YouTube video of theirs should have over 2 million plays. The photos below show examples of an invalid and valid artist.
- If a special case or question is not covered by this ruleset, a decision will be made at that time by the contest organiser(s) and added to next year's ruleset to ensure the continued fair operation of the contest.
This artist isn't valid, because \"absolute gewinner\" has over two million streams.
This artist is perfect! All of the popular songs are under two million streams.
