I ordered a few 50% off items. I don’t really buy fashion nova but I don’t recall them taking so long to ship the last time I ordered ? I’m worried because I ordered some gifts during Christmas season and they took so long to ship and cancelled some of my items. I doubled checked if some of my items are still in stock and like 3 items are now showing out of stock. Idk if that means my items will now be canceled. Any idea ?

Fashion Nova ran a sale, I made a purchase, and they cancelled my order claiming the items weren't available in my size. Fine. Except four days later — FOUR DAYS — those exact items in my exact size were back on the site at full price. That is not a coincidence. That is a scheme.

When I contacted them, their solution was for me to repurchase the items at the higher price. Not to honor what I already paid. Not to make it right. Just pay more. No accountability, no apology that meant anything.

This is textbook bait-and-switch. Run a sale to drive traffic, cancel the discounted orders once customers are on the site and have hopefully bought other full-priced items, then restock and resell at regular price. Fashion Nova has pulled this trick and apparently feels no obligation to fix it.

Do not trust their sales. And honestly, take your money somewhere that won't pull the rug out from under you the moment a discount cuts into their margins.

Zero stars if I could.

I leave reviews for every single item I buy from here. None of them are actually posted. I’m pretty sure every single review they have is fake. This doesn’t surprise me though 🙄

My fashion nova order placed on sat april 25 did not ship till April 30. Now it’s may 11. 3 days after the estimated delivery and the tracking history has not even updated since April 30! DID THESE PEOPLE LOSE MY PACKAGE
I contacted DHL e-commerce and they’re saying I should wait till the 14th, as it can be delivered from anywhere from may 5-14th
Why don’t I believe them? I find this extremely anxiety inducing that the tracking information has not updated in 2 weeks.

And most of all it’s almost IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with fashion nova
