So I put an order in through my desktop (not my laptop that had my saved account information). I realized that AFTER I put my order in, my email address was wrong by one letter and it didn't have my log in to put it in.

I received my order and I want to return a lot of the items. ( the quality the clothes have changed a lot since I started ordering with them but that is another rant for another day). I realized that now it has to be store credit (which is dumb wish I knew before I put my order in) but now I think the gift card will be sent to the email on the order.

There is no way to fix it. I can't log into my account since the order is not attached to it. I can't use the wrong email since I don't have access to it to get their "code" they send. No way to speak to anyone. So I am stuck with clothes I don't want.

I use to buy from them but I think this is the last time, Im wasting my time and money on these kind of companies. :(

Hi everyoneee! I have some FN gift cards from returns that I'm selling for discounted prices. Not interested in getting new clothes right now and trying to control my closet lol, so selling my gift cards! New here so not sure how it works, but comment or pm me and I can verify everything. Here's what I have and what I'm selling it for:

$86.90 - Selling for $70

$26.51 - Selling for $20

$59.15 - Selling for $50

$6.99 - Selling for $5 lol

$23.32 - Selling for $20

$22.47 - Selling for $20

$20.99 - Selling for $15

Has anyone had this happen with a return?
I submitted two separate orders as one combined return because the return system gave me that option. I put everything in one box, but I separated the items into two different bags, one bag for each order.
I received a gift card refund for only one of the orders, but I never received the gift card for the second order. That refund is almost $100.
I’ve been trying to contact customer service to get this resolved, but I can’t find an email or any other way to reach them. It’s been quite a while now.
Does anyone know the best way to contact them or get them to process the missing gift card refund? I’d really appreciate any advice!

I completely forgot about a FashionNova return I had laying around and it’s now been past 30 days. I went to their portal and it allowed me to submit it for a return and I have my label.

I’m scared that if I send it, they’ll reject it since it’s been past 30 days…

Has anyone successfully returned anything after 30 days?

Im in Oklahoma, I will return some items tomorrow using the prepaid shipping label (5.99) for $175 in store credit. How long after you guys dropped your return off at the UPS did you get your in store credit??

Also has anyone just sent it directly yourself with a faster shipping ? (I was thinking of sending it on 1 day shipping and just paying more myself because I leave the country Aug 21st and want to use this credit to make one more order before I leave)…
