I recently saw this but couldn**’t tell what it means?? I know it’s Hebrew and Arabic because the second word is supposed to say Israel but I’**m no so sure about it

I recently begun two journeys, the first was finally beginning my diagnosis, and the other was starting a youtube channel (I know right).
