Has anyone had trouble starting a deposit? What solutions do you suggest?

I’m trying to transfer the money needed for my deposit. It keeps telling me:

“Payment Information Error: Unfortunately, your payment couldn't be processed by our payment partner. Please try a different payment method or try again later.”

I tried to use a Visa Debit Card. I’m thinking about doing a bank transfer, or something along those lines, but I don’t trust them to not delay this process by weeks.

Has anyone had this issue? How did you solve it?

Did trying out a different bank fix the problem? Should I do a bank transfer? If yes, how long did it take? Should I do a Fintiba Transfer? I know it exists but it’s not an option for me on my app since I still haven’t been able to start the deposit.

Fintiba payout for August

I don’t think Fintiba understands how frustrating it is to not receive payout for a month. I didn’t receive my payout for August and there are a lot of bills to pay rent, insurance, feeding etc. I just came to Germany and I don’t have a part time job yet so I depend on my money to pay these bills and now I’m struggling. How can I be broke and have money at the same time but I don’t have access to the money because Fintiba didn’t give me my money for August. I’m tired of Fintiba, if you check my profile this is not the first time I’m complaining about them online. This is the second payout I’m to receive, the first payout I had to call them too for them to pay it out and now for the second payout I have to call again and again.
Please hear me clearly if you want to open a block account do not I repeat do not use Fintiba. I have so much regret using them. I’m tired of calling all to be told a ticket has been created you need to wait, am I going to use the ticket created to pay my bills.
Fintiba give me my money.

Is there anything to do when they won’t return a response or even do their base services?

It’s been almost a month and they still haven’t approved my account.

I sent two emails, the first got the reply that they haven’t forgotten about me.

My second one was much more detailed, also sending copies of my documents again to be sure and they haven’t responded to it.

I’m honestly running out of time and money while waiting for something so basic.

Should I try with another email?

Should I try something else? What can I try?

Fintiba blocked account transfer sent without the required reference — what should I do?

Hi everyone! I’m trying to understand how Fintiba handles incoming bank transfers.
If a blocked-account transfer is sent with the correct amount, IBAN and BIC, but the bank uses a generic purpose such as “Private Transfer” instead of the specific Fintiba transfer reference, how is the payment normally identified and matched to the blocked account?
Does anyone know whether the transfer reference is absolutely required, or can Fintiba match the payment using the sender’s name, amount and bank details?

Payoneer EUR balance to Fintiba: Which country should I select as the country of origin?

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to transfer money from my Payoneer EUR balance to my Fintiba blocked account in Germany, and I’m confused about which country I should select in Fintiba.

Fintiba asks:

“From which country will you send the money?”

Payoneer doesn't state anywhere the country of their eur balance bank so I don't want what to do.

also, I forgot to add a reference when sending the money, is this crucial?
