How do I merge exclusive items to my account?

I've read that it's possible to merge or transfer exclusive cosmetics — like the Twitch Prime packs, the Galaxy skin, and Iconic skin — from one account to another. Is this actually possible, and if so, how do I do it? Any info on whether Epic still supports account merging would be appreciated.
