VoLum 1.2.0 released - A2, Bring your own Gear (Amps, Pedals, IRs), Tremolo, Octaver & Transposer

Hi Folks,

an update from my side as I worked my arse off these last weeks to deliver some much requested features:

  • Bring your Own
    • (NAM) Amps/Rigs
    • IRs
    • (NAM) Pedals
  • Presets per Amp
  • Tremolo POST effect with 3 Modes
  • Low Latency Transpose & Octaver in PRE
  • Gave the UI some more swag
  • A2 Lite Support

Since 1.0 I also acquired a Diezel Herbert Mk1 and really loving the amp!

Now you can blend factory (my) Amps and Pedals with yours and mix them in Dual Amp Setups! BYO can be NAM A1 or A2.

Sound from 1.0 release but still sounds awesome (and now with A2 even better): https://youtu.be/-J-rSKlvL8A

Download it here: https://github.com/guitarlum/VoLum/releases/tag/v1.2.0

I trained all my NAM Models with 700-1200 Epochs myself to get the absolute best result.

Will do some more videos or shorts "how to create a mastodon sound" for example in the future if there is traction!

Very much looking forward for your feedback!

A star in github helps me to get the thing signed, so no more warnings on installation: https://github.com/guitarlum/VoLum

We built Sonura because AI music tools keep trying to replace producers instead of helping them

Hey everyone! I’m Blue, me and my friend Kindred are pop & EDM DJs. We just built Flow for our fellow music nerds - a tool that generates drums, loops, vocals, and one-shots. Describe what you need and get 4 variations to use in your track.

I know the common worries with AI tools so let me just address them:

The model is trained on licensed data that artists got paid for. You get full commercial rights, and the plugin is free to download with free credits included. Paid plans start at $10/mo if you need more.

There’s also a plugin for people working in ableton, fl studio, logic, studio one, bitwig, cubase. Mac and windows.

Grab it free at sonurastudio.com - happy to answer any questions below!

dotmel - melody inspiration platform

Hi all, for past few months I was working on a dotmel platform. It is a place for producers to find or share melodies in midi format with each other. Melodies are called "mels". The platform is imagined for music producers or composers to get inspired with new ideas. Feel free to check it out - dotmel.io
