Plain Old, Boring Old, Typical White Waterlily. (Yawn..🥱)
We've all seen them, out there in the lake or pond. 'Common' plain white water lilies. Why would anyone want to have them sitting around in a bucket on their patio? How ordinary!🫤🤣🪷🧸

Pond Plant binge-buying is A Thing. This is what happens when you have ponds. I figure I will just deal with them when they arrive….🫤
We are planning to open our pond tomorrow, very excited to spruce it up after a long winter. We plan to take out the fish, drain all the water, power wash the liner, refill with fresh tap water. Last year i bought dechlorinator (that’s all we used last spring) and the fish seemed fine (who can tell??) they all survived.
This winter I found some water additives in the basement my mother bought about 20 years ago. I loathe wasting, the jugs are nearly full. The closest decent pond place is about 2hr round trip - ponds just aren’t as popular as they used to be.
TLDR: do these products expire? Would it be better to use these 20yr+ products or none at all? (I have new dechlorinator that i will def use, just don’t want to waste these).
*THIS* is why I did not buy that absolutely beautiful $34.95 Chocolate Veil-Tail Oranda goldfish at PetsMart!!!
5 years ago I just had one mini-pond at the center of my patio... But then at the garden center they had these 'Waterlily-In-A-Box' that came with a tuber and a pickerel or water iris plant packed in peatmoss for $10. So I bought another big resin flower pot to grow that in... Now look where I ended up!!!😱🤨😎
