Is this a bug, or was GCal designed to work this way. I'll create and entry with a title such as "dr. appointment for dad 4:00" and GCal will remove the time from the Title. I then have to go back and edit it.
There's a small gym on the condominium I live in. One person or a couple can train in there, at a time.
I created a gmail account for a calendar where users block 1 hour appointments that get added to their calendars on their phones. If they decide they won't attend, they should delete the appointment on their phone so as to free that time slot for other to use.
Now, apparently users haven't necessarily been doing that (cancelling), and people want to know if there's a way in which they all can see the calendar.
How can I make the calendar fully visible to all the public, but keep them from changing anything? I don't want them to be able to, for instance, delete another user's appointment.
Sorry that might be a stupid question but I've tried to search for that and all I'm finding are people complaining about google adding their contact's birthdays to their calendars
So here I am asking if I add a birthday to Google calendar can I trust it to show it to me next year or even 10 years from now?
