pion flex ac elite EV_111111111 error

everything had been working fine for a couple of month.

the charger suddenly disconnects from wifi and when i try to connect via bluetooth gives me this generic charger number. here's a quick video on what's happening - https://www.youtube.com/shorts/MHt9C9prcAc

any similar issues you guys experiencing? any solutions to fix it?

have reached out to pion but they are taking their sweet time....

Pion Down?

Hello, has anyone noticed any issues with the is Flex AC Elites charger reporting as online in the app.

Try powering it off and then on again. Does it connect and show as online.

My units have Wifi and are talking to the Pion servers, but it looks like their servers are not responding properly. Just checking is anyone else has this problem.

Lights on the chargers appear per normal and no errors are indicated beyond showing offline.
