The red flags at AITX

Despite what all the fluff, noise, marketing, advertising NONSENSE from the incessant 8 k releases attempting to influence Yahoo Finance, NewsWire, etc. - the AITX company is very PONZI like - shady - deceptive and rips off investors.

SRXH Dropped on Good News, So I Increased My Position

Hi everyone - last week I shared my SRXH play, and a lot of you have been asking for an update.

A week ago I shared my research on SRXH over on r/pennystocks when the stock was trading around $0.125. Since then it climbed to roughly $0.25, which played out pretty much how I expected.

After Thursday's announcement, I wanted to post an update because a lot of people have asked whether I'm still holding. The short answer is yes. In fact, I used the pullback to add about 100,000 more shares.

The latest press release answered several of the biggest questions investors had about the company's direction. The EMJX merger has officially closed, Eric Jackson has been named President of the combined business, and management provided more detail on its plan to build an AI-focused investment platform under the new SRX Global brand.

For anyone who hasn't read it yet, the announcement also confirms the company is moving further away from its old healthcare-focused identity and putting its attention on acquiring and operating high-conviction businesses supported by AI. That strategic direction has been a major reason I've continued following the company.

The market sold the news, which happens all the time after major announcements. I paid more attention to what the company actually delivered. The merger is complete, the leadership team is in place, and management is moving through the milestones they outlined.

From my perspective, the business made measurable progress even though the share price moved lower. When I see the original reasons for owning a stock becoming clearer instead of weaker, I'm comfortable adding to my position rather than selling into volatility.

I'll keep watching future filings and company updates to see whether execution continues to match the plan. If management keeps hitting the milestones they've laid out, I'll stay invested.

As always, this isn't financial advice. I'm simply sharing my own research, my current position, and why I decided to buy more after the recent dip.

Thanks everyone - good luck with your own plays, and I'll keep you posted.

is the AITX company up-for-sale at 5 million dollars ?

Just pay the debts -- and appease the 1 (one) owner -- 1 (one) person board of directors --

The market cap is $ 5 million dollars , EQUITY FINANCING goes thru AIV investments ........

The stock structure is a bit odd, and may need some wrangling, attacking, etc.
