What iems should I get as a complete beginner
I currently use one plus buds pro. They seem fine. I also used the boat rockers 650 and they felt good. I have two questions. I’m sorry but my word play is not good so I may sound like a skeptic rather than an enthusiast.
- Should I get iems, are they truly worth it? Why should I buy them, are they just a new trend?
- I see moondrops, waner and the Cca phonex everywhere. Nobody says that the moondrops are a to go. Some ppl treat wners as the love of their life and some ppl treat them as their bros toxic girlfriends. From reviewers, waners seem like the romantic choice and the Cca phonex seems like the practical choice.
For context, I want to start editing and the iems will be mostly for music and entertainment.
By waner, I mean the red lion edition

Frustrating return experience. Need Assistance with a return please
I’m currently dealing with a really stressful return process. I recently shipped back a cable. The package was picked up from Goa, but it is now completely stuck at the Blue Dart Mumbai Hub. The tracking status just updated to a very vague "Contact Customer Service," and all transit has halted. Honestly, I am pretty worried. I don't want this package getting lost in a massive sorting facility or, worse, getting bounced all the way back to me in Goa, which will inevitably delay my refund/replacement for weeks. I’ve reached out to Blue Dart, but getting past their automated bot is a nightmare. I need this hold cleared before the package goes missing. Any HPZ staff please really need your help here. I’ll provide any details needed for some assistance. Anything would be appreciated.

I requested cancellation and it still got shipped???? Will it be fixed?
I send that message within 10 minutes of orderjng and yet it got shipped??? Please help, i wanted store credit and was told this is the only was, in that message i asked for cancellation and getting store credit in return and getting all my previous cancelled orders removed from my profile, thanks a lot for helping

Suggestions please.
I am planning to buy an IEM but I don’t know where to start. My budget is under 2k INR. I presently have one plus buds 4 (this is my baseline). I am new to the IEM market. My preferences are as follows. I need a good thumping bass. Also it would be better to have a good noise cancelling effect.
I am planning to buy a DAC at a later stage.
I am currently listening to music on my Poco X4 pro using Apple Music

Can you buy store credit?
I want to buy an iem but the thing is my parents try to see my order, i want the total to be zero as i had store credit on ck which i sold because the iem i wanted to buy wasnt on there, can i buy store credit, i am fine with not having the ability to exchange iem if i dislike it. Thanks
