I purchased an item last month to try Home Credit. And this month i am due July 2nd and funded my account July 1. Hindi nag kick in yung ADA and since natakot ako i contacted customer service agad asking why. Nagdededuct daw pala 2-3 days before the due date. What? Haha. Kaya nga may due date eh. So i did the manual payment instead but i have to wait pa daw before i can request to either cancel ada or change schedule. This is a frustrating experience.

What are your thoughts? Do you think that the HC agent scammed us yesterday? because we bought a laptop LOQ 15ARP9 and while canvassing, the seller said that the maximum with HC is 68k, then when we applied for the product at HC, the price was 4650 for 18 months no dp. Do y'all think that we are scammed?

Hi, out of desperation umutang po kmi sa HC ng cash. 6k a month sya and something happened and right now 1 month past due na kmi. Nawalan din kmi trabaho. What happens po after that? If hindi kami makabayad what happens po?

Bawal pala e advance yong. bayad. sa loan ko sa hc. kaya hindi daw ako naka avail ng GIFT PAYMENT NI HC. grabi no. nag advance kana wala kaparin free.. dapat daw sabi nong naka usap kong agent e. Monthly monthly lang ung pang bayad...

example po: 4 ang narisk ko po for this month dahil may mga di nakapagbayad last April. Consider po ba yan as K.O? like, mawalan na po ako ng bonus? or hindi?

Naganxious na po ako dahil ako yung independent plus, may mga babayaran pa po ako kaya as much as possible na di po ako mawawalan ng bonus.

Anyone here experienced nag stop na magbayad sa cash loan? 10months pa remaining ko and sobrang nahihirapan na ako magbayad monthly. 82k yung financed amount and 158k yung dapat ko bayaran for 36 months. Kung tutuusin kumita naman na sila sa interest eh.
