This is my second time growing plants. I need instruction from the masters out there... i need strictly budget grow information. Thanks.

Total novice to the grow scene, and I'm having a hard time figuring out what nutrients. What ph, you know, all the INS and outs and intricacies like I'm learning the plant names and various plant parts and types, and lighting but that's about it. So if anyone could give me tips on nutrients, flipping, and cloning.
