THCa is not specifically mentioned in the recent scheduling of cannabinoid isomers, like Delta-8 and Delta-10.

While the total THC rules are still in effect for businesses within the state, any true THCa flower wouldn’t be included in the felony scheduling amongst other cannabinoids.
