Cafes to go to solo to, for someone away from social life but want to step into it after isolation? CPTSD man. Early 20’s. Can drive.

Hard to trust people but isolation sucks, and my social anxiety needs work. Places other than cafes welcome.

i’ve also not dated so inexperienced for 4 traumatic years

All-Girls Run Club?

Thinking of starting a Run Club for the HTX girlies where we can explore new places and it's mommy/kid friendly (:

I'm mainly located around Jersey Village & Katy but we can meet for runs elsewhere for sure!

Also if y'all know good locations for walks/jogs please share 🙏🏻🫶🏻

Looking for a relaxing, solo birthday in Houston (spa, shopping, cafes, etc.) 🎂✨

Hi everyone!
My birthday is coming up in July, and I’m looking for ideas for a relaxing day in Houston. I’ll most likely be spending the day alone (possibly with one friend), and I want something peaceful, fun, and a little Instagram-worthy.
Originally, I was thinking of doing a cafe, some shopping, a museum, and dinner, but lately I’ve been leaning more toward a spa day. I’d love somewhere I can get a massage and just unwind without spending a fortune.
A few things I’m looking for:
Relaxing and tranquil atmosphere
Spa recommendations (massage, relaxation areas, etc.)
Not overly expensive/luxury pricing
Preferably no required nudity in pools, locker rooms, or shower areas
Bonus points if it’s near cute cafes, shops, gardens, museums, or good dinner spots so I can make a full day out of it
I’m open to any suggestions for a peaceful birthday itinerary in Houston. If you’ve had a great spa experience or know of hidden gems, I’d love to hear about them!
