After seeing all the disappointing reviews about their QWERTY keyboard cases and waiting for over six months already, I don’t have any expectations for this company anymore and I’m considering requesting a refund. However, I’m also a bit worried because a few people have said they requested refunds but never received their money. It also seems like they’ve stopped producing the QWERTY keyboard cases, based on what I’ve seen on their website.

I wonder what’s going on with this company. Are we all just going to get robbed?
Even reviews of their QWERTY keyboard cases seem to have stopped being posted online around the time they stopped producing them.

It seems like the keyboard case is pretty crap, and everyone’s selling theirs off. I’m not even expecting anything at this point, and I really regret not waiting for the Titan 2 Elite or the Communicator. Their shipping is ridiculously slow, so I would’ve been able to get the Titan 2 or the Communicator earlier, or at almost the same time.

if you are considering what to get among 'blackberry like'
phone option, just go with other 2 guys. mind one can be the worst option and drains your energy for infinite waiting time for nothing.
