Pre-seed EdTech startup (live product, real institutional traction) looking for a small founding team — equity only

Hey all, I’ll not promote

I’m a 19-year-old solo founder based in the UK. Over the past 8 months I’ve built and launched a platform tackling a genuinely massive problem: nearly a million young people in the UK are currently locked out of education and real job opportunities, despite having the ability to succeed. Meanwhile employers consistently say they can’t find candidates who can actually prove they’re job-ready.

I’ve built the solution to that problem, it’s live, and it’s already gaining real traction — I’ve spoken with numerous educational leaders and institutions, several conversations are progressing well, and the next step is raising investment and scaling properly.

I’m not going to lay out the exact mechanics here (early stage, don’t want ideas floating around before we’ve scaled), but if you want to see it for yourself before reaching out, take a look at join.lernapp.uk.

What I’m looking for right now — a small founding team, not a big one:

**•**	A marketer/salesperson with genuine experience selling into institutions (schools, colleges, universities, or similar B2B/public sector environments)
**•**	A developer who wants to build something real from near the ground floor
**•**	Bonus: anyone who’s genuinely excellent at outreach/selling on LinkedIn

Looking for Passionate People to Build a Free BIM Learning Platform Together

Hi everyone!

I'm an 18-year-old student from Taiwan, currently studying architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM).

As I learned more about BIM, I realized that although it's becoming an increasingly important technology in the architecture, engineering, and construction industries, it's still difficult for many beginners—especially younger students—to access quality learning resources.

That's why I want to build a free BIM learning platform.

My vision isn't just to create another website with tutorials. I want to create a place where elementary, middle school, and high school students can learn BIM in a fun and accessible way through animations, interactive activities, practical exercises, and a community where people can share ideas and learn from each other.

In the long run, I hope this platform can become a place where students, professionals, and enthusiasts exchange knowledge, discuss new ideas, and inspire more people to explore BIM and the future of digital construction.

I already have the basic concept and some plans, but I know a project like this can't be built by one person alone.

So I'm looking for people from all over the world who believe in this idea and would like to build it together.

It doesn't matter where you're from, how old you are, or what you're currently doing. If you're passionate about education, technology, design, or simply want to create something meaningful, I'd love to hear from you.

I'm looking for people interested in:

🎨 2D or 3D animation

💻 Website development

🎮 Interactive game or educational content development

🏗️ BIM / Revit

💡 UI/UX design, planning, or anyone who enjoys brainstorming ideas

The most important thing isn't your experience—it's your passion.

You don't have to be an expert. Even if you're just starting to learn these skills, you're welcome to join us as long as you're willing to learn, contribute, and grow together.

I truly believe that great projects aren't built by the most talented people alone—they're built by people who believe in the same dream.

Who hasn't dreamed of changing society when they were younger?

If you've ever had a dream like that, maybe this is our chance to make it happen together.

Feel free to leave a comment or send me a message. I'd love to meet you!

(This is currently a volunteer, non-profit project driven by passion. If enough people join, I'd love to grow it into something that creates real educational impact in the future.)
