Why are people doing this to innocent rickshaw drivers? (Context in body)

New chinese app lets people turn off ANY e rickshaw with just bluetooth connection. This has been posted on social media by someone and has promoted everyone to misuse. What do they get by doing this? Feel so bad for the affected drivers.
