This is what worked for me! This is how you PROPERLY appeal.
Open chrome,
Incognito mode
Instagram.com
Login
Tap appeal
Do captcha
DONT PUT EMAIL linked
Put a brand new email you make quick
Put the phone number linked to the account (no need for a new number)
It’ll ask for a selfie
Take a selfie on camera app instead of chrome
Upload selfie from gallery
5 seconds later
It’ll ask for an ID, just do your passport.
5 mins later acc back
