Seen a few in 3 in a week do I have an infestation?

Help identifying what kind? Or if it’s even a roach. (these have all been found in my bathroom) I’ve been told yes and no by Orkin. For context I hired Orkin a year ago after seeing one roach on my light on my ceiling, pretty much hadn’t seen any in about a year until a week ago. I found three within a little more than a week. Please help I’m going crazy trying to figure this out. What else can I do if cleaning and having Orkin coming every other month isn’t working?
