I've been trying to understand where people actually struggle when hunting for OEM JDM parts. Like—what's the real friction?
Is it?
- Takes too long to find locally?
- Can't verify authenticity online?
- Shipping costs are insane?
- No one carries that specific model?
- Don't trust random sellers?
I'm asking because I just started a service sourcing OEM parts directly from Japan, and before I spend time on it, I want to know if I'm solving a real problem or just building something nobody wants.
Honestly: I have zero customers yet and zero idea if this is viable. But I'm curious what the actual pain points are from your perspective.
