DO I TAKE A BATCH OR SELF STUDY?

guys i was so sure i would make it so i didnt keep any backups at all but yeah since i failed (62 marks in jee adv) now i would need to take a drop but i didnt research about taking drop at all

can any former dropper help me decide whether i should go for offline coaching or online coaching or no coaching at all because i have pretty much all the resources i need and i have covered some chapters of all subjects to decent level so studying them all from scratch again isnt making so much sense to me.

if i go for offline coaching it'll be vmc but my father has already spent lakhs on it so i dont want him to spend more

if i go for online coaching then which batch should i take? pw prayas 2.0 or unacademy srg (its starting tomorrow) or any other pls recommend.

idk why but im confident that yt lectures for incomplete chapters and the unsolved modules would be enough for me if its combined with a test series

pls help what should i do? plsplspls yaar

Help seniors!!!

I have failed in advance(99.3 in mains ,obc)

I am thinking of partial drop(full drop is not possible and I am confident that I deserve old iits)

Please suggest me college(cs branch in all)

NitK,nitR,nitW,dtu, nsut, iiitA,mnitJ(except dtu/nsut i am getting all those colleges through csab)

I am considering iiitA as it's package is good and can't be wholly dependent on drop(also read a story that someone cleared jee adv with rank 3.5k and 8.75cgpa in iiitA)

PLEASE GUIDE(i am literally confused)

Guys I'm having an existential crisis (a severe one)

Who am I without JEE? I genuinely don’t know anymore. For two years, every part of my existence was consumed by ranks, mock tests, cutoffs, and the constant pressure to prove myself. Somewhere along the way, I stopped being a person and became a machine built around one exam. My days, my sleep, my confidence, even my self-worth started depending on numbers on a screen. And now that it’s over, there’s this terrifying emptiness inside me. If I’m not preparing, stressing, solving questions, or chasing a rank, then what’s left of me? I forgot what it feels like to enjoy things without guilt. I forgot how to live without constantly measuring myself against others. The scariest part is realizing how deeply I tied my identity to an exam that may not even remember my name. Maybe that’s why this hurts so much — because it was never just about college. It became about validation, dignity, love, and the desperate hope that achieving something great would finally make me feel enough as a human being.

My nervous system also got resistance towards achievements.

My achievements somehow feel like obligations, something which i am not proud about.

please help

Confused

As a jee aspirant I never knew what I was looking at as an end goal. I put my effort into jee to atleast get a college which could give me freedom from my parents to an extent and let me explore. But tbh at this point I think choosing a branch is too serious a decision cuz it's gonna be 4 years of that same stuff. I have 12k crl rank in jee mains and roughly scoring 125+-10 in jee Advanced. I am an Obc candidate and idk what I am looking at here. I have no personal bias about anything cuz I basically don't know about anything. I would appreciate some guidance of some sort to help me figure out what I should do from here on out ?

Need Guidance for Drop Year + Want Allen Modules

Hey everyone,

I scored around 98 percentile in JEE Main this year, but due to the 75% board criteria, I have to take a drop.

For my drop year, I’m planning to follow:

PW Prayas Batch

Mathongo

Allen Test Series

I wanted guidance from seniors/droppers regarding what extra books or material I should solve apart from these. I want to keep resources limited but effective.

Also, if anyone has Allen Kota Leader Batch modules/materials and wants to sell them, please DM me. I’m ready to bear the courier charges.

Any advice for drop year strategy, mistakes to avoid, or resource suggestions would really help. Thanks!
