Which one to go for jss looks like the right and obvious option but been seeing some comments saying jss is blacklisted and all so should i go for jss,abes or gl bajaj......

Is abes some hidden gem or what it was defen better than what i expected (thought it was like gniot or other lower tier 3 colleges)

One more thing abes has like 900 seats for cse so that is probably a huge setback or am i just thinking too much😭😭

I'm 19F, general, outside Delhi, and I wanted to ask about the admission process in JSS university noida.

I filled my jss noida university form on 21st June and I'm yet to receive any mail or anything from their side. I am pretty sure the form got submitted because these were the mail I received after submitting the form :

I don't know why it's taking so long. Like most of the people I know got their mails after 2-7 days. It's 2nd July now. Wtf. I called the admission department countless times. On Monday they said "abhi 18th taak jinka form tha unka mail aya hai" and today I asked and they said due to some issues 18th taak ka hi mail ka admission process chal rha hai abhi. Ugh. They again said to wait 1-2 days 🤡🤡🤡. Am I cooked? Why the heck am I not getting a mail? My credentials were pretty strong for CSE ai-ml (pcm -80.33, pcm+eng+additional-89)

I can't directly go to the college in noida because I am from East belt and I need to show my parents the confirmation mail and offer letter in order for me to convince them to let me go to Delhi🤡 (hope you guys could relate because I am a single child🤡) thus the offer letter is very necessary. I don't know why I am not getting it yet man.

I wanted some info regarding the mess and hostel situation in JSS Noida :

I'm 19F, and I am from Bengal though I have mostly stayed in Northern part of India but my diet and stuff is bengali pre dominantly (non veg food). I wanted to ask regarding JSS Noida, mess and hostel situation (might take admission this year):

It would be great if someone from jss can reply to the below question 😭😭😭😭 :

  1. Non veg vs Veg food? Is non veg food allowed in the premises or is served in the mess? And how is the food in general?

  2. For girls, is the room 1-2 seater? Or 3 seater?

  3. Do we get AC or Non AC? (Heard someone say getting an AC room is pretty difficult?)

  4. How's the wifi situation and network situation?

  5. Um are the wardens okay? Like I get sick kinda often and would the wardens atleast give a fuck about me? Like obviously not on parents levels but I heard someone say that the wardens are genuinely shit and all they say is "ice lagalo"😭😭😭🫠

  6. How is the medical facilities on campus?

  7. How is the overall girls hostel washroom situation?

  8. Again heard someone say that girls emotional stability is impacted a lot in the hostels because it could be 3 seater? Is that true?

  9. What is the PG situation outside the jss? Is it pretty costly and how's the food in the pg?

Please guys since I ain't from Delhi so I don't really have much idea regarding these situation.

The only reasons I am willing to come for is :

  1. Better exposure and coding culture

  2. Placements and internships

  3. Better opportunities ig because my other alternative option is Heritage Institute of Technology in Kolkata.
