SoCal vs. Mazatlan, biggest upgrade relative to distance

SoCal vs. Mazatlan, biggest upgrade relative to distance

I went on a vacation to Mazatlan, Mexico, which lies near the Tropic of Cancer. Tbh Mazatlan is the best value destination for West Coast mitos.

My flight from Tijuana (I’m near SD) to Mazatlan was less than $200 round trip and only 2 hours and 20 mins.

I think Mazatlan is to me what Yucatán is to Dr. Kruse (he has residences in the Florida panhandle and Louisiana, I believe).

Mazatlan is the northernmost tropical city in Mexico. As a result, I’d predict its location is not as effective of a cure as El Salvador for things like seasonal depression, leaky gut, etc. However, it gets the job done and is a very popular destination among Canadian snow birds from British Columbia and the Prairies.

It’s really amazing how big of a difference latitude makes as someone born and raised in a SoCal beach town. Mazatlan only has 3G/4G service, so from the minute I landed, it felt like a load had been taken off my nervous system. The sun and sky are orange in a way I rarely see in SoCal. I can feel myself detoxing in real time.

My stomach has become noticeably flatter and it seems like I’m gaining a bit of muscle without even trying. Harder morning erections, etc. As a relatively healthy young man of Mediterranean genetics, Mazatlan is equatorial enough to move the needle.

My flight here was less than half the LAX to San Salvador flight price, so safe to say west coast mitos should check it out.

What is the cause of sun spots?

Especially on the face/cheeks. I’ve built a really strong solar callus over the past few months in SoCal at the 33rd latitude. Nude sunbathing a few times a week. I never burn or anything.

I’ve come on vacation to Mazatlan, Mexico, which is along the Tropic of Cancer at the 23.5 latitude. Still no burning, but I’ve noticed the rapid appearance of new sun spots on my face, brown or black dots.

They also appear on my arms and legs but I don’t really care about it, just my face.

I have a few theories but I’m not certain:

- Maybe I’m not doing a good enough job of watching the sunrise everyday
- Too much screen time, screens project artificial light directly at your face, which can weaken the skin there
- My skin is thinner there for some reason
- There’s some type of seed oil buildup issue with my cells
- My skin doesn’t know what to do with this much sunlight
- The dots are temporary and nothing to be worried about, and will disappear once I return to California

Not sure. When I was a kid living a standard American life, I got brown spots on my face that eventually disappeared. Maybe if I go on the primal diet and absolutely lock in with Jack Kruse, my sun spots will all “buff out.”

Blue light blocking glasses

Hi, I've heard mixed things about if most blue light blocking glasses actually work, what do people think about this? Could anyone refer me to some that they use/that work effectively, thanks!

Venice is a dark place according to Kruse principles

It’s funny how we Americans, Californians especially, idolize bodybuilding and Muscle Beach in Venice. We think about Arnold as the epitome of health.

Now, back in the 70s, these bodybuilders were living the dream in paradise. They only had to worry about electricity and that’s basically it.

But Venice is almost certainly home to the man with the highest DHA daily need in the world…

Black bodybuilders.

Dr. Kruse has said the more melanin you have, the more DHA you require. The more EMF you’re exposed to, more DHA. LA has tons of smart meters, Venice is close to LAX, and there’s 5G towers everywhere. The more muscles you have, the more DHA you need.

So all these mass monsters working out under blue light are really screwing themselves over. It’s kinda sad and symbolizes the decline of America itself. Steve Reeves became America’s healthiest man in 50s California, but that whole lifestyle is really hard to replicate today.

Why does Dr. Kruse like El Salvador despite low magnetic field?

ES has a low magnetic field in the 30s. Yes it has volcanic activity but so does Hawaii and he has said that he doesn’t like Hawaii despite the volcano because of its low magnetic field. ES and Hawaii are both in the 30s for magnetic field. So I’m wondering how come ES is fine based on the latest magnetic flux data?

Playa Zipolite > El Salvador

I’ve been thinking about it and honestly there’s no urgent reason for me to get to El Salvador as a relatively healthy young man, as opposed to Mexico or any other tropical country.

El Salvador doesn’t even have bitcoin as legal tender anymore thanks to the world bank. It doesn’t look like El Salvador has even one legal nude beach. Plus the flight from LAX is over $500 round trip which is ridiculous considering how LA has the largest Salvadoran community outside of El Salvador.

I’m almost certainly going to go to Playa Zipolite (Mexico’s nude beach in Oaxaca) this December. The UV will be as high as SoCal summer and everything will be half off vs. El Salvador.

It would be really cool if Mitos took over playa zipolite and made it El Zonte #2. Yeah Mexico has a lot of internal issues but tourists are as safe in Mexico as they are in the us.

There’s really no point in going to El Salvador unless you can afford land + gold membership in Dr. Kruse’s community. You’re probably not gonna meet him anyways.
