City speciality dishes- Are there any I'm missing and any places you'd recommend to try them?
I've been researching speciality dishes for all the cities/towns I'm visiting and intend to try them all, so I'd like to know people's thoughts on whether they're worth trying, whether I'm working off any faulty info, if there any any dishes I'm missing, and any spots that sell these dishes that you'd recommend?
Any help with any area would be hugely appreciated!
