Found this at a garage sale! Does anyone know who may have made it? and what this might be worth? the scale kept fluctuating between 10g and 11g.

I’m a jewelry designer and recently finished this custom piece featuring a round and pear-shaped diamond.
The client wanted something that represented two people without using initials or birthstones.
I thought the contrast between the two shapes created a simple but meaningful design.
