The shady practices of ZS assosiates . A cry for justice

This post isn’t just a rant. It’s my attempt to be heard and, hopefully, find justice. Just give this a read🙏

A year ago, as a fresh graduate in my first corporate job at ZS Associates, I found myself in a situation that changed the course of my life.
The HR professionals involved in the process, *Marvi Sharma and Kavita Shekhawat* accused me of conduct that I strongly dispute and maintain I never engaged in. As a result, I lost my job within days of starting my career. I was threatened with bodyguards and my phone was snatched from my hands and i was even allowed to communicate with my own family!
What hurt most wasn’t just losing the opportunity. It was feeling powerless. I was young, inexperienced, and had no idea how to defend myself in an environment where all the power rested with people above me.
The consequences didn’t end when I left the company. The experience severely affected my mental health, confidence, and career. I’ve spent months in therapy trying to rebuild myself. There are nights when I still struggle to sleep because I replay those events over and over in my head.
I’m sharing this because I don’t have a large platform, influential connections, or a corporate voice. I only have my story.
If anyone has advice on how someone in my position can seek accountability, challenge an unfair outcome, or simply be heard, I would genuinely appreciate your guidance.
This post reflects my personal experience and recollection of events.
