Has anyone who got campus hired in KPMG got any onboarding details?

No update till now for me……..

Will be joining KPMG India soon as a Consultant in the Business Excellence (BE) division. Wanted to hear from people who’ve worked in this team or know about it. What kind of work/projects are usually involved? Is it more strategy, process improvement, or operations focused?

Also wanted to understand how the culture is in BE. Are the teams generally supportive, how hectic does work get, and how much client exposure or travel is involved? Do people get opportunities for onshore collaboration too?

Would also love to know if BE is considered a good vertical in terms of learning, growth, increments, and future exits. Any honest insights would really help before joining :)

I am being offered 12 lpa fixed for associate consultant in deal advisory services (Mumbai)
Is this fair or low compared to budget for A.Con??

What time should i expect my offer letter to come, the last mail that i received was regarding meet and greet 2026 which was a month back.

I had some doubts about what this role actually means. Is there any chance of conversion?

I am trying to search online for this specific role but to no avail?

Anybody else who got the same role?

PS:- I am in my undergrad (Pre-Final Year)

I've completed about 100 days in a permanent role G&PS(no contract ending date in offer letter). I am in probation till 180 days.

Offer letter says notice period is flat 90 days. It doesn't specify about notice period during probation.

Anyone has any idea what the actual notice period would be? Too risky to ask the PM or HR. Any cues will be appreciated.

My contract with JPMorgan Mumbai is ending in 2 weeks. I’ve been actively applying to other companies and networking internally. I did receive interview calls, but unfortunately, some positions were put on hold due to the current market situation.

Experience:
• 6 months at JPMorgan Chase as a Financial Reporting Analyst
• 1 year at S&P Global as a Data Analyst Intern

Education: M.Com, BBA, NISM Research Analyst Certified, and CFA Level 1 candidate.

Skills: Financial Analysis, Financial Modelling, Credit Risk, Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python.

~Need urgent advise from fellow brothers/folks~

I have accepted a joining offer from KPMG india(Gurugram)
and negotiated to around 10.3 overall CTC (including variable) for Associate Consultant 2 position.

HR confirmed me that it’s the final that they can offer.
Although the JD for which i gave interview was for a specialist position but since i said 10LPA as my expected fixed CTC, they offered me a bit less and totalling the offer to 10.

HR has aligned a lower and different role on the portal to align my package i believe justifying that i only have 3 years of experience and this is the best they can offer.

Now i have got another offer for hyd location in a product based company for the same role but it’s not that big name/brand like KPMG but it’s a niche business firm in Aviation Operations. They are impressed with me and even are ready to buyout so as to join ASAP. They are setting up new office in hyd and want me part of the team.

I like the offer which I negotiated to 12 LPA fixed but there’s no other component in the offer letter. It’s 5 day working model until probation after which they will give 1 day WFH.

I want to understand what should i do now.
Need suggestions from you folks. Your opinions will help me a lot to evaluate the offer.

I am used to hybrid model culture and delhi ncr is in vicinity to my native (bihar) which helps me to navigate to hometown in case of Family emergencies. also KPMG will add value to my resume.

On the other hand there is opportunity to relocate to hyd in a product based compa for the same role and better compensation and an opportunity to have better exposure.

On MONDAY i will try contacting the HR again via phone call to renegotiate on KPMG offer. If they match up the value i will go for KPMG as it will give me exposure to BIG3 (MBB) during next switch.

Kindly help me to understand how shall i negotiate better offer with KPMG so that i dont have to relocate.

Hey, I just joined as a summer intern(academic trainee).

My duration is 2 months so can I leave after completing one month?
I mean will i get a certificate for 1 month?

Please tell me. Also, should i tell the HR now or wait for the last week of may?

But, I dont want to miss out on a certificate
