I am 26M working as research analyst,making 70k per month....na enoda career-a late-a start Paninen(because intha velaiku than poganum nu irunthen)....I am the elder son in my family...
A little background about my family, we lost our properties and everything,when I was around 14-15. Athuku apuram rental house than ipo varaikum...i did engineering in my native (tier 3 college) because studying in coimbatore and Chennai is expensive, education loan-um kidaikala......

Here comes the main part
Enoda salary 70k ,ithu veetula sonathu But I am a swing trader in stock market for more than 3 years, ithu yaarukum theriathu.....
Current I have a capital of 8 lakhs ( I don't want to deploy more)
Last month I made a profit of 24% (8%,5%,7%,4%) which is around 1,92,000...
Previous month ,the profit is 20% , which is 160000....
Feb la around 15%
And in stock market,making a COMBINED PROFIT of 15-20% per month is possible in Swing trading, especially in mid cap and small cap stocks ( stock market la experienced persons ku ithu nallave theriyum)...
Ipo ena plan na..next year land vaangum for around 30 lakhs, 3-4 cent without any loan.....cent around 6-7lakhs varuthu Inga....
After that 60 lakhs housing loan podalaam nu iruken....for 30 years. ....so the emi will be 40 - 42k....and antha timela enoda salary will be around 85-90k...so athula 40k emi pay pandrathu periya issue ila ....
But, But,But ........
Intha oru veedu kaga,enala 30 years loan pay panitu Iruka mudiathu, yenna i have other commitments as well,(father's medical expenses, sister's education ,marriage, my marriage expenses etc)...
And in swing trading I can able to make minimum 80-90k a month( unless thirumba COVID maathiri ethavathu situation vantha ,it's tough, matha time la it's possible).... So I have decided to PREPAY 8-9 lakhs each and every year....
So 30 years katta vendiya housing loan-a enala 6-7 years la prepay panida mudium......so intha housing loan naala matha commitments ethuvum adi vaangathu....
Incase, idaila LAYOFF aanalum,intha passive income vachu manage pana mudium nu nambikai Iruku..
Aana.....
60 lakhs housing loan, athu romba periya vishayam, it's a huge risk, Periya EMI trap la sikkura maathiri irukum ...coz I don't have any other assets, properties, support,backup etc....Financial-a engayaachum lock aanen apdina, thirumba velila varathu ROMBA KASTAM.....
En friends oru silar veedu vaangunanga ,but they have parents support,they gave money for down payment (10-15L). ,also they have other properties as well. But inga apdi ila, I HAVE TO START EVERYTHING FROM ZERO, WITHOUT ANY SUPPORT OR BACKUP....so ithu ROMBA PERIYA RISK....
paper la intha idea perfect-a Iruku, but practical-a ithu entha alavuku possible nu therla.....
Sontha veedu ilathanaala, ivalo insecure -a feel panuvenu ninachu paakala, Yenna ithu naala matha commitments elam adi vaanguthu, (Chinna chinna aasaigal,higher studies, relationships) etc.....

Life with anxiety and depression
Guy I have a psychiatrist and I tried therapy too
It's been 5 years and when whenever I try to make it better i keep going down and worse
Another terrible thing is loneliness and anxiety too and its in loop
Idk guy, i feel stuck and just choking
Talking to people helps with the breakdowns and everything
I'm soo stuck that I can't even give up?? Idk really
