I purchased a Crixus baitcaster from KastKing on Monday June 1st. I took it out last night on the 4th and within one hour the reel grips were literally falling apart. Absolutely unacceptable quality. The site says they are polymer grips but they are clearly foam which is a bold lie. Very disappointed with the customer service also. I have only gotten AI responses in emails and no one has answered my phone calls or called me back. I was so excited cuz the rod and reel look great but after this horrible experience I'm having, I'm seriously considering returning and getting a brand that actually has quality control and a customer service team that actually responds to you.
