Long time K user here. I've done more K than anyone I know. Been through the rounds. I'm a veteran. Been doing a ball or more on average every week for the past 6 years.
The K cramps are fucking excruciating. So I want to put this out to help anyone else who gets them.
SPIT OUT YOUR DRIP.
I've heard tons of other suggestions to help stop/alleviate them, which include:
Heating pad on your stomach
Hot bath
Ibuprofen/Tylenol
Move around a little bit to help work it out
Those things will help after the cramps are already there. They will help you get through it but not stop it at the root.
I figured it out the other week when I went to the movie theater to watch the new Spider-Man: Brand New Day. Of course I was going to do some bumps in there and so I was forced to swallow my drip and the movie was hella long so I just sucked it up and didn't think anything of it.
Next day, cramps from HELL.
So I did an experiment on myself and got another ball the very next day and was very careful to spit out all of the drip. Zero cramps.
