Parents who've done zero screen time with their kids how does your day look like?

would really appreciate getting real life experience from parents who've successfully done zero screen time with their kids. Am seriously looking for inspiration on how I can reduce screen time for my kiddo. She’s watching about 3 hours a day in total combining all devices like the tv, phone and ipad (She spends a lot more time on Ipad). It may not be possible to rid off screens completely but if I can limit and be intentional with them the better.

Parents who work from home how are you surviving honestly?

Am a single mother working from home and sometimes I feel like I’m doing two full time jobs at once trying to finish work while also making sure my kid isn’t bored out of his mind by noon. We do lots of normal stuff together like books, toys, random walks, helping me cook and all that but I sometimes have calls to do. How do you all manage it because honestly I’m tired and starting to feel defeated.

My son just begun kindergarten and the teacher is telling me that he's really struggling to stay focused and hoentsly don't know how to feel about it

Had a quick chat with his teacher today and she mentioned that he drifts off a lot during group activities. Well She didn’t say it in a negative way, just more like something to keep an eye on. But now it’s stuck in my head cause at home he’ll spend forever building random things or getting deep into something he enjoys so I didn’t really think attention was an issue. But maybe structured settings are different?

I don’t know if this is just normal 3–5 year old behavior or something I should be more intentional about helping with.
