Field of Vision Festival Buena Vista CO 2026
On Monday Morning in west campsite right before 5am I heard a guy screaming for help like bloody murder. He was running from camp to camp terrified and screaming HELP, HELP ME. After 5-10 cries for help I darted out of my tent and chased him down. He was absolutely terrified, telling the rest of the people who ran to him to help to record this, that he was in danger and that someone was trying to harm him. A female kept approaching him and it would send him over even more. I told him my name and that I was here to help him and that he was safe with all of us here to help. I asked his name and he said Larry and his last name. ( anyone who was there do you remember his last name?)
He couldn’t calm down and when a female from his group would get close he would get even more terrified and run even faster. I asked her if she was in his group and she was hesitant and vague. She said she was and wouldn’t say much. I asked her what he took and she was very hesitant to to answer. At first she told me what he took the day before and then told me what he took that day. Typically from what she was claiming someone shouldn’t be in that state of mind from being high. I got bad vibes from her as she seemed to be hiding some truth to it all. Eventually he found a group that knew his name and he stoped running and screaming. I hope this was his group and that it was a safe group. I’m genuinely concerned for him as the fear in him was terrifying. Please someone let me know if you know anything. Hoping it was just a bad trip and he’s doing better now and is safe.

I had to make the tough last minute decision to not attend the festival this year. I have a 3 day pass I’m trying to sell. The camping pass, early Thursday arrival, and my mirage city bootlegger pass are not for sale because my friend/record label partner is setting up to sell merch. Only the 3 day wristband is for sale. My friend has the wristband in Buena Vista. He can meet at the front gate area by will call booth. I’d like to get what I paid for it, $340 in cash or Venmo/paypal. Let me know if you’re interested. I’m packing now and just realized I bought “weekend parking” pass, which does not grant a camping area along with where you park (like other festivals I’ve been).
Other solutions are also welcome as I am kinda worrying because I am flying from another state with the camping gear & all - but don’t have where to camp.
I also have the early Thursday arrival.
I promise to be a good guest at your site with my cook roomie and share plenty of food and drinks!

Helloooo fellow FOV-ers! Last year, a very small group of us had a "run club" each morning before yoga. Short, chill, runs to and from town. We would love to get more folks in on the fun! Especially with the Butterfly 3K on Saturday. We'll meet at the arch at 9:00 on Friday and Sunday at 8:30 and set off on a 3-4 mile run. Sunday is a bit earlier because last year we ran to a coffee shop and hung out for a bit. And if you're up for it, we hit Acid Yoga right after! Hope to see you there!
